About The Position

The Senior Director, Product Management – Direct-to-Consumer, will serve as the strategic owner of Transcarent’s consumer product vision and product-led growth strategy. This executive leader will shape how our consumer offerings evolve, ensuring they not only meet market needs but also align with Transcarent’s broader company objectives, long-term strategy, and financial goals. In this highly strategic, high-impact role, you will guide the direction of Transcarent’s DTC business, orchestrating the roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. You will establish the frameworks, operating models, and growth systems that enable teams across the organization to deliver world-class consumer experiences at scale. You will partner closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Clinical, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive coordinated growth outcomes and ensure product evolution is fully integrated into company-wide priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership experience guiding complex, multi-disciplinary product portfolios.
  • 5+ years in growth-focused or DTC consumer product leadership roles, ideally within high-growth consumer AI powered products
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling product-led growth programs that materially impact acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Deep expertise in growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization at an enterprise scale.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights, behavioral data, and company strategy into a clear and compelling product direction.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing across C-level and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams.
  • Passion for transforming healthcare and delivering exceptional consumer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Product Vision
  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for Transcarent’s DTC ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment with company-wide objectives, market opportunities, and business performance targets.
  • Develop a roadmap that guides the evolution of consumer products and growth capabilities across the full lifecycle.
  • Establish the strategic frameworks that shape how experimentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle engagement are executed across teams.
  • Enterprise-Level Growth Strategy
  • Architect the end-to-end growth strategy for the DTC business—spanning acquisition, activation, onboarding, retention, and monetization.
  • Build and own the product-led growth roadmap, defining high-leverage initiatives, growth loops, and scalable mechanisms for long-term impact.
  • Create the KPIs, analytic frameworks, and segmentation models used to guide performance across the consumer funnel.
  • Execution & Delivery Excellence
  • Lead cross-functional teams through strategic prioritization, design, and execution of growth initiatives, ensuring clear accountability and coordinated delivery.
  • Oversee development of experimentation capabilities, including A/B testing design, governance, fidelity, and scalable rollout of winning experiences.
  • Champion the creation of highly personalized, seamless consumer journeys across mobile, web, messaging, and care experiences.
  • Champion using AI tools for prototyping, fast feedback loops and insights
  • Design AI workflows in product experience
  • Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment
  • Partner with Marketing to create integrated growth strategies that unify product experience with acquisition, channel, and lifecycle programs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical Ops to turn insights into strategic product evolution.
  • Work with Finance and Executive Leadership to drive forecasting, business case development, and impact measurement tied to company goals.
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior product managers, elevating product thinking, operational rigor, and strategic execution across the team.
  • Establish a culture of disciplined experimentation, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement across the DTC product organization.
  • Strengthen product org capabilities—processes, systems, rituals—to support scale and cross-organ alignment.
