This is a critical leadership position where you'll be responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing design leadership team, elevating our design practices, and ensuring your teams deliver elegant, intuitive, and effective solutions that drive significant value for our users and the business.   • Build & Grow a High-Performing Team: Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and career pathing to your Product Design management team to grow their impact and careers.
  • Elevate design excellence by championing best-in-class design practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Scale the team through strategic hiring, effective onboarding, and strong organizational design.
  • Own a Design Vision: Define and articulate the product design strategy and vision across our core product, aligning it with company-wide objectives and translating it into a clear, actionable plan.
  • Demonstrate Strategic Leadership: Make strategic decisions to drive impact in alignment with Everlaw's goals.
  • Set Clear Expectations: Set clear goals and define roles and responsibilities to ensure your team knows what success looks like and how to achieve it.
  • Reinforce Accountability: Ensure strong performance and behavioral alignment across your team.
  • Exhibit People Leadership: Serve as a model for how to work with, lead, and motivate others.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a product-focused design role.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and mentoring teams, including people leaders.
  • Direct experience driving strategic business outcomes through design for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design processes.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional challenges.
