About The Position
The Senior Director, Optum Insight Communications is responsible for communications strategy and execution, with primary emphasis supporting our Product & Innovation function. This individual serves as lead strategic communications counsel for the Product & Innovation leaders and their respective functions with Optum Insight communications colleagues, Marketing, Operations, People team, Legal, Compliance and other enterprise partners to advance business objectives. This role is designed to support the evolution of the Product & Innovation organization and the business' innovation and product pipeline on behalf of Optum Insight through impactful communications strategies and messaging. This role will ultimately provide direct management of the Optum Insight Product and Innovation Communications team and reports to the Vice President, Communications. This individual will also contribute strategic and executional support in support of broader business challenges and opportunities as directed by the Vice President, Communications.
