The Role Our Senior Directors are responsible for owning client relationships and delivering successful transaction outcomes, making them a critical driver of Forge’s revenue growth and success in the private markets. This role requires deep expertise in capital markets client relationships. Experience with institutional deal execution is highly valued—particularly in longer-duration transactions such as private placements. We are seeking a creative, self-starting institutional sales professional with a client-first mindset and a passion for connecting clients with the world’s most innovative startups.
