We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, POM Product Management Manager to join our Asset Servicing organization team. This role is located in Boston, MA or New York City. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the global head of Global Risk Services (GRS), accountable for defining and executing the long-term product and business strategy aligned to Asset Servicing and enterprise priorities Partner closely with the Asset Servicing platform and technology organizations to drive platform modernization, operating model transformation, and migration to future-state solutions Lead strategic engagement with key vendors and third-party partners, including contract strategy, capability alignment, and service optimization Drive complex client engagements, including participation in client pitches, management of sophisticated onboarding events, and leadership of large-scale technology and data migrations to deliver a best-in-class asset manager experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with preference for experience in financial services, asset servicing, or risk management
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, risk services, asset servicing, or a closely related domain
  • Proven experience defining and executing global product or service strategies within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformations, including platform migrations, operating model change, and integration of strategic vendor solutions
  • Significant people leadership experience, including building and leading global teams, setting strategic direction, and fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
