Responsible for directing the fundraising program specifically for the Roseville area, with special emphasis on individual donor cultivation and solicitation, leading campaign strategy, and managing all aspects of the program in a manner aligned with the goals of Sutter Health. Serves as the administrative liaison to senior management, medical staff, and Sutter Health leadership, to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources. Externally, represents Sutter Health in the community through various activities, ensuring that the mission and the programs of the entity are accurately understood and conducted. Serves as a catalyst for community collaboration by developing the entity as a resource for the community in improving the health of its residents. This position will report to the Executive Director for Sacramento & Central Valley Divisions.
