Job ID10833 Location Miami, FL Full/Part TimeFull-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY The Sr. Director of Performance Marketing & Digital Commerce will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing initiatives designed to maximize guest acquisition, conversion, and revenue for Norwegian Cruise Line. This role oversees lower-funnel paid media, promotions, promotional financing, and NCL Marketing digital commerce channel strategy (Web, SEM, and SEO), ensuring an integrated approach to performance marketing and e-commerce growth. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute lower-funnel paid media strategies, including paid search (SEM), paid social, programmatic display, and retargeting, to drive direct bookings and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Lead performance-driven acquisition marketing, leveraging data, audience segmentation, and dynamic optimization to enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to refine bidding strategies, messaging, and creative for optimal performance. Utilize analytics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing to drive continuous media optimization. Oversee the development and execution of promotional strategies to drive urgency and increase guest conversion. Partner with Revenue Management, Finance, and Legal teams to structure, evaluate, and optimize promotions for maximum impact. Lead promotional financing initiatives (e.g., buy now, pay later, 0% APR offers) to drive demand. Analyze promotional effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine offer construct and offer merchandising with an ultimate goal of maximizing performance for the business. Collaborate with the Digital Experience team and represent NCL Marketing in the effort to maximize the digital booking experience, ensuring the website is optimized for conversion, usability, and engagement.  Drive NCL organic search (SEO) strategies, enhancing content, technical optimizations, and link-building to improve rankings and organic traffic. Align paid search (SEM) efforts with NCL SEO strategies and lower-funnel objectives to create a seamless acquisition funnel. Work closely with UX/UI, IT, and analytics teams to enhance site performance, personalization, and A/B testing capabilities. Lead a team of media and digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence. Collaborate closely with Digital Experience, upper-funnel media, brand marketing, CRM, analytics, and revenue teams to ensure an integrated approach to guest acquisition and conversion. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.  Perform other job-functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, MBA or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital commerce, or e-commerce, preferably in travel, hospitality, or a direct-to-consumer environment.  Proven success in managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment.  Strong history of working with cross-functional teams, including brand, product, analytics, and creative teams. Industry experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise marketing is a plus. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on actionable insights.  A confident, proactive leader who listens well and can effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally. Expertise in lower-funnel paid media (SEM, paid social, programmatic), SEO, and conversion optimization.  Strong experience managing promotional campaigns, financing strategies, and performance-driven digital experiences.  Proven track record of driving direct bookings and revenue growth through digital channels.  Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing attribution models.  Strong relationship skills are important for this role.  Superior attention to detail.  Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal and team centric management skills.  Strong ability to oversee execution and overall quality assurance of marketing collaterals generated, including proofreading, editing and follow-up skills.  Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.  Strong work ethic, exceptional organization skills and strong project management to ensure deadlines are met.
