About the position

The Senior People Business Partner Director will act as a strategic partner to the CRO and President of Retail Media and his team, providing expert guidance and support, people consultative & strategic services. This role is pivotal in driving People initiatives that align with the company's goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic advisor/coach and consultative partner role to the CRO and President of Retail Media (and his team) on strategic business priorities to increase organizational effectiveness and manage changes.
  • Drive and support on main areas such as leadership development, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Support and guide Regional CS PBP in applying People programs to business goals while staying relevant to the business segments supported.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all People related matters within the CS function.
  • Collaborate with Total Reward and FP&A team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs are in place to attract and retain CS employees.
  • Develop solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies.
  • Utilize People data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of People programs.
  • Participate as the People representative for Global CS in all strategic and transformational projects.
  • Consult and execute organizational design and restructuring within local compliance levels in partnership with regionals, including M&A activities.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement by championing the values and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferably in a global context/environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analytics.
