About The Position
As the Senior Director of People Technology, you will lead Expedia Group’s global People Technology team, driving the digital enablement of the People (HR) function and its strategic agenda. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute the long-term vision for our People technology ecosystem, ensuring it delivers a seamless, data-rich, and engaging experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous optimization of our global HR systems, aligning technology investments with business priorities and employee needs.
