Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner or similar HR role in a business-driven environment
  • Experience working with COEs and cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of employment law, P&C/HR best practices, and HR technology
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people priorities and strategy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision making
  • Strong communication, coaching, and consulting skills

Responsibilities

  • Align talent strategies with business priorities to enable scale and innovation
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational design, change leadership, and workforce capability
  • Use analytics and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Champion inclusive practices and challenge the status quo to foster a high-performance culture
  • Deliver integrated people solutions in partnership with COEs and cross functional teams
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and challenges and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Act as a change agent, proactively identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and leading initiatives that support transformation
  • Lead and contribute to business conversations, providing insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively develop people solutions that address current and future challenges
  • Act as an internal consultant, advising leaders on complex people issues, organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to influence and drive the adoption of people initiatives
  • Challenge the status quo and provide constructive feedback to leaders
  • Work closely with COEs to design and implement P&C programs that address business needs
  • Facilitate the integration of COE expertise into business specific solutions
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between business units and P&C functional experts
  • Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D to develop upskilling and reskilling programs
  • Facilitate performance management processes, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Champion initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with business needs
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of business and P&C strategies
  • Promote and sustain a positive organizational culture and employee experience
  • Advise on and implement inclusive initiatives
  • Use people analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform, influence business decisions and measure the impact of P&C initiatives
  • Leverage data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend evidence-based solutions to business leaders
  • Prepare and present actionable insights to support strategic decision making
  • Stay current with P&C trends, best practices, and external benchmarks, bringing innovative ideas into the organization
