About The Position

Anduril's People team is seeking a Senior Director of People Business Partners to lead our team of HR Business Partners. The People team is pivotal in nurturing and advancing Anduril's workforce, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic objectives. As the Senior Director of People Business Partners, you will spearhead the development and execution of human resources strategies that support business goals and drive a high-performance culture. The right person for this role has proven leadership in People operations and a strategic understanding of HR's impact on business outcomes. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior People/HR roles within dynamic, high-growth organizations, including managing teams with senior and director-level direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing HR teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance issues, and best practices in HR management.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the defense industry, tech or other relevant industries.
  • M&A experience and a track record of managing HRBP projects, especially in high-growth environments.
  • Advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
  • Global HR experience with a track record of managing international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and refine Anduril's state-of-the-art HR business partner model to accommodate rapid scaling through employee growth, hiring, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to integrate People strategies and solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee employee relations and compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and promoting a fair and ethical workplace.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to co-design leadership and talent development programs.
  • Work closely with Total Rewards to align compensation and benefits strategies with talent retention and acquisition goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through mergers and acquisitions, structural reorganizations, and the dynamic shifts characteristic of a rapidly growing company poised for significant market expansion.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
