Reporting to the VP, Strategic Partnerships, this role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and revenue generation. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in architecting the roadmap for MarTech alliances, leveraging industry insights and market trends to cultivate productive, innovative, and mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. This position calls for an entrepreneurial approach to market expansion, an eye for scalable partnership models, and an ability to translate strategic vision into actionable business plans. The goal of the Senior Director, MarTech Strategic Partnerships and Business Development role is to establish and grow Acxiom's business for the MarTech partnerships. This will be a growth role with a primary focus on growing a business for Acxiom in the MarTech partner ecosystem. The objective will be to identify and create Acxiom opportunities with strategic MarTech partners. The role will be accountable for implementing and growing Acxiom's partner strategy with key partners: creating the business plan, defining cross-functional initiatives to deliver on the plan, and meeting targets for the partnerships including revenue, pipeline creation, partnership tiers, partnership health and strategic objectives. It will be a role with significant cross-functional leadership requirements including Acxiom teams (sales, product, engineering, delivery), and partner teams (field sales and partnership orgs).
