About The Position

We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Senior Director, Paid Media - Is this your next opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Director, Paid Media, based in Los Angeles, to lead our paid media team. The Little Dot Studios paid media team works with our brand clients to drive engagement and audience acquisition through smart paid social and YouTube media buying strategies. The Senior Director, Paid Media will lead management and operations of the paid media team to ensure that strategy, campaign management, team workflows & structure and client communications are in complete alignment. This role will ensure that campaigns are built, managed and optimized with accuracy and strong performance. This role oversees a team of paid media experts and ensures that this team is running efficiently in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in paid social and/or digital video advertising
  • Experience using Google Ads for YouTube content amplification and audience development campaigns
  • Experience owning 7–figure+ media budgets and delivering measurable improvements in engagement, audience growth and ad performance
  • Strong financial acumen across planning, delivery management and spend reconciliation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale team structures, workflows, QA processes, and systems
  • Strong analytical skills, expertise in KPIs and audience / engagement growth, and ability to distill data into insights
  • Executive-level communication skills: clear strategic narratives, strong presentations, and confident client leadership
  • Comfort guiding adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven processes to elevate team output
  • A track record of developing people: coaching, leveling, hiring, and building a healthy team culture
  • Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Performance Management - people management & development, setting a standard of excellence, developing operational workflows
  • Paid Media Strategy - introducing and building new strategies and paid media capabilities
  • Team Structure & Resourcing - identifying and implementing resources, systems and a structure for an efficient and well-staffed team
  • Client Retention & Growth - being an active presence with all major clients and new business opportunities
  • Operational Excellence - set and uphold standards for delivery & accuracy, QA, reporting, and cross-team collaboration
  • Revenue Growth - identifying new business opportunities, supporting Client Development team with their new business efforts
  • Thought Leadership - leading internal education, case study development and external-facing subject matter expertise
