Summary: Provides administrative leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the practice and ambulatory operations and the Healthcare System.

Requirements

• Bachelors (Required)
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and exceptional leadership skills.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Travel to multiple practices and hospital facilities required.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s is preferred.
• In a job related field

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.
• Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice and operations directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.
• Assist in the development of budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.
