About The Position
The Sr. Director of Operations serves as a business partner and leader to the local Leasing business in JLL's Rocky Mountain Region (RMR). The position is located in Denver and also supports the Salt Lake City corporate office. The position will partner closely with the local Broker Leads, with specific oversight of the Operation Director and Sales Coordinators. This role reports to the Executive Director of Operations for the West and partners with other Sr. Directors throughout the region to help drive consistency and collaboration. This role involves streamlining processes, managing day-to-day operations, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring the firm's operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Director to lead and optimize the operational aspects of our Leasing business line. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our brokerage services. This position will drive the development and execution of annual business plans and strategic initiatives helping to grow the business year over year. They will be the main contact for Finance, Human Resources, Research, Marketing and IT enabling programs that improve productivity and expand capacity at all levels in the market. The role provides a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.
