About The Position
As the Senior Director of Operations Support, you will lead strategic and technical teams across automation, facilities, and continuous improvement within a 24/7, high-volume manufacturing environment. As part of the executive leadership team, you’ll help shape MPG’s operational infrastructure and drive initiatives that support performance excellence, employee safety, and long-term scalability. This role is central to promoting a culture of professional growth, knowledge-sharing, and thoughtful implementation of evolving technologies. The goal is to enhance—not replace—the critical contributions of our workforce while ensuring operational success. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership across MPG and its affiliates to align strategy, standardize processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
