About International Growth Our team partners with WMUS but focuses on off-shore opportunities, identifying and executing strategies that accelerate Walmart’s presence in international markets. We operate with agility, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver data-driven solutions and support business growth across regions.
Requirements
- Experience leading operational frameworks for global or multi-region projects.
- Strong knowledge of international data trends and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in change management and adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 4 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operational strategy and execution for Data Ventures in international markets.
- Drive process improvements and scalability for global data initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, technology, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and data governance.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and optimize operations.
