About The Position
The Senior Director of Oncology Services is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic planning, assists with process improvements, and identifies significant program processes that affect patient care and clinical performance. This position is also responsible for the operations of radiation oncology and oversees outlying radiation oncology departments with oversight of clinical outcomes program. The Sr Director Oncology Services serves as a liaison internally and externally, to ensure a comprehensive oncology program in all settings, supporting the needs of the community and Novant Health NHRMC's strategic imperatives.
