About The Position
The Senior Director, Total Rewards and Payroll at Year Up United is responsible for leading the national Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams. This role involves developing a multi-year Total Rewards and Payroll strategy, ensuring compliance with all related programs, policies, and processes.
