Position Overview: The Senior Director of Student Success leads and is responsible for the direction, coordination and implementation of Mundo Verde’s policies, procedures, and systems related to serving students with diverse learning needs. This senior leadership role focuses on increasing equity, academic achievement, and support for multilingual students and students with disabilities. This role oversees specialized academic programming, related services, and compliance to reduce the opportunity gap for students with diverse learning needs.
