About The Position
As a Senior Director, Strategy at Honeywell Energy and Sustainability Solutions, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization's strategy function, ensuring the development and execution of effective strategic planning for the business. Your role will involve driving organic and inorganic growth of the ESS business by analyzing market trends, macroeconomic data, and competitor intelligence to identify and drive execution against growth opportunities. As the Senior Director, you will driving the strategic planning process (STRAP) to support the achievement of business growth objectives for ESS and its businesses. This role will also engage cross-functionally and with ESS and Honeywell Senior Leadership to develop the ESS strategy. This involves working with commercial, functional technical, finance and leadership teams to translate global strategy into market-based commercial strategies and working with the M&A team to identify and support execution against inorganic growth opportunities. You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer, ESS (CSO) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business. By effectively leading the strategic planning function, you will contribute to the long-term success and growth of the organization. Your expertise in strategic analysis and planning will help shape the future direction of the company.
