About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Global Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for selling our products, services, or therapies to key global/international channel accounts. These accounts are strategically significant to our business and will require you to manage high-level relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the long-term success of the organization. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven position where you'll work closely with top-tier clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions. If you're an expert at managing strategic accounts and driving value at the highest levels, we want to hear from you! This position is located in the US in either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven experience in strategic account management, with a focus on global/international accounts, ideally in a similar industry or market.
  • Exceptional ability to interact and negotiate with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in building and nurturing long-term client relationships that are rooted in trust and mutual benefit.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ability to think long-term and align account strategies with the company's business objectives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across different departments to deliver exceptional results.
  • Comfortable navigating different cultural and business environments, and managing international relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for certifications or education in business, sales, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key global/international channel accounts that are vital to the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers within each account, becoming the trusted point of contact.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with both client needs and organizational goals to drive long-term business growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure products, services, or therapies are delivered effectively and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to expand the scope of business and ensure retention.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Regularly report on account performance, sales targets, and progress, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.
