THE OPPORTUNITY To achieve our ambitious growth goals, Silvus Technologies is making a significant investment in our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization by scaling our Sales Enablement function. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the evolution and expansion of this critical organization. Silvus is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Sales Operations that will report to the Vice President of Sales. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for designing the strategy, scaling the teams, and optimizing the processes that serve as the engine for our sales organization. Your mission is to eliminate bottlenecks, increase the productivity and effectiveness of our sellers, and enhance the scalable support structure that allows them to focus on what they do best: selling. This is a unique opportunity to build a legacy and make a direct impact on the growth trajectory of a market leader The Senior Director of Sales Operations position will be based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected.
