About The Position

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive transformative changes across various revenue-generating teams, finance, and marketing through innovative data practices, dashboards, and reporting strategies. Your work will enable cross-departmental partnerships to define and communicate essential metrics, ultimately influencing revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven analytics and experienced in developing scalable systems that turn insights into actionable revenue strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling analytics systems and dashboards.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of forecasting and revenue performance management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective strategy translation.
  • Experience in leading teams to deliver automated insights solutions.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and customer analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine revenue forecasts and planning across various business segments.
  • Iterate on scalable analytics systems and automated reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Communicate key metrics and KPIs for effective decision-making across teams.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and align data strategy with business priorities.
