About The Position

The Senior Director of GCX Process, Automation, and Analytics will lead a large, diverse team responsible for driving operational excellence, process innovation, analytics, and automation across our renewals organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of GCX, this role will partner directly with the VP of Renewals to run the business, build forecasts, analyze performance, and communicate results to senior leadership, the board, and other stakeholders. The Senior Director will manage managers and a total span of 15-20 team members, with responsibilities covering PS, CS, and Renewals.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in process, analytics, and operations, preferably within renewals.
• Strong knowledge of two-tier channel models and renewals processes.
• Proven ability to manage managers and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced data analytics and reporting skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Track record of driving process automation and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Renewals to drive business performance, forecasting, and operational management.
• Lead the development of board and SMT-level presentations on renewals performance.
• Oversee a data analytics team to build dashboards and deliver insights to drive decision-making.
• Manage a process improvement and automation team focused on enhancing the renewals organization.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across PS, CS, and Renewals teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage deep understanding of renewals and two-tier channel models to inform strategy.
