As the Senior Director of Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Process Excellence, you will be a key leader in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Jubilant Radiopharma business. Your role will encompass strategic oversight, PMO leadership, process optimization, CAPEX management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. This includes managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing expansions, site enhancements/expansions, technology transfers, and other areas. Additionally, you will lead a group of project managers, fostering their professional growth while ensuring effective project execution.
