Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with proven track record in technical product management and launching successful products in B2B Industry.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions in the industrial space.
• A passion and a curiosity for customer workflows and a hunger to constantly strive to develop/fine tune the value proposition and creating the 'marketecture' to solve customer pain points.
• Proven ability and track record of being a thought leader and seen as a thought leader internally and externally.
• A track record of success working cross functionally and ability to influence leaders across the organization and removing roadblocks as needed.
• Proven experience of developing strong relationships and effective communication.
• Superior ability to synthesize diverse and complex information, often with incomplete data, to drive to solutions and roadmap that are presentable to the stakeholders.
• Experience translating the value prop to specific features and user stories that engineering can build a solution that solves customer pain points with industry leading user experience and reliability.
• Track record of B2B product leadership with excellent people skills.
• Ability to identify, enable and drive accountability across multi-functional teams through direct and indirect influence.

• Proven track record of using Artificial Intelligence to make yourself and your teams improve.
• Proven track record of incorporating Artificial Intelligence capabilities into SaaS and mobile solutions.
• Experience with HW and mobile software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy to protect and grow the core and to expand into new segments.
• Ensure our portfolio of products aligns with business growth objectives, customer needs, and evolving market dynamics.
• Define and update our product marketecture, positioning solutions to maximize unique customer value and competitive advantage.
• Inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing product management team, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Lead market launches of new products and major features, developing comprehensive GTM plans in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Direct content development for tradeshows, webinars, user groups, and digital campaigns to amplify our market presence.
• Deeply understand customer workflows, industry pain points, and use cases to guide product direction.
