Summary of the Senior Director of Product Management – Primary Care, Rx & Inpatient Solutions The Sr. Director of Product Management for Primary Care, Rx, and Inpatient Solutions will lead the strategic evolution of the SmartCare™ EHR to support whole-person care across behavioral health and integrated physical health settings. This executive leader combines deep clinical experience with strong product management expertise to shape a next-generation platform that improves clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory readiness. In this “player-coach” role, you will define the product vision while remaining hands-on with strategy execution, including requirements definition, use case documentation, workflow design, UI/UX review, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and market partners to deliver innovative capabilities that strengthen our position as the industry leader in behavioral health technology. This position directly supervises up to ten employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position is remote and based in the United States. The salary range is $175,000 - $200,000, DOE. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
