About The Position
Join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming our manufacturing processes to achieve greater efficiency and excellence. The position involves ensuring factories meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Yield, and Cost annual targets, coordinating with R&D for smooth transitions from design to production, and aligning priorities between commercial and operational aspects. You will be responsible for continuous improvements through process optimization, manufacturing systems enhancements, and implementing lean methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with corporate teams for strategic planning and instill a culture of accountability and innovation within the organization.
