This role is new and it has been added to support Erie's growth. As a member of the senior operations team, contributes to and develops a plan for implementation strategy for organizational priorities; manages the organization's core operations and contributes to developing and implementing annual budgets. Responsible for directing health center site leaders on patient volume, payor mix, budget, quality indicators, staffing ratios, outcomes measures - both operational and clinical, patient and employee satisfaction for each location and organizational wide.
