About The Position
The Senior Director of Marketing and Communications is a key enterprise leader responsible for driving the overall brand, marketing, and communications strategy for Luminis Health. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role oversees a broad portfolio including internal and external communications, media relations, marketing strategy, digital engagement, and brand development. This leader supervises the entire Marketing and Communications team, including direct oversight of the communications staff and strategic collaboration with the Directors of Marketing and Digital Experience. The role ensures a unified and compelling voice across all audiences—patients, employees, community partners, media, and industry stakeholders—advancing Luminis Health's reputation, engagement, and business goals.
