We are seeking a Senior Director of Facilities to lead and manage all aspects of facility operations across Endeavor Schools’ nationwide network. This role oversees the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our schools and support offices, ensuring every environment reflects our mission to provide high-quality educational spaces for children and staff. The Senior Director will manage capital projects, renovations, and expansions, driving excellence in planning, budgeting, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance with safety, licensing, and environmental standards. This leader will develop and manage the facilities budget with a focus on efficiency and long-term sustainability, champion preventive maintenance and emergency preparedness, and foster strong collaboration with School Leaders and Operations teams, all while mentoring and developing a high-performing facilities team.
