SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT - GIBBS COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE
About The Position
The Senior Director of Development reports to the OU Foundation Executive Director of Advancement for the Norman Campus and manages a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture. This professional works closely with fellow OU Foundation colleagues as well as Gibbs College faculty, staff and leadership on the OU Norman campus to develop areas of focus and implement fundraising strategies to meet fundraising goals. Performance metrics will be determined annually by the Executive Director in consultation with the Senior Director pursuant to the OU Foundation’s annual fundraising goals and the university’s funding needs and priorities. Position requires up to 30% travel. Please note that this is an on-site role in Norman, Okla.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift-planning-related roles
- Up to 30% travel
