This role is responsible for overseeing multiple regions, driving client retention, revenue growth, and margin health across a significant book of business. Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Planning leadership, the Senior Director of Client Services sets direction for service delivery, account growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
