This is a flexible role open to candidates in CA (preferred), OR, WA, HI, or CO. The position involves developing product strategy for multiple markets, product types, or lines of business (LOBs), while leading regular ideation sessions to build a robust product pipeline that advances market goals. The role requires partnering internally and externally on concept development and overall vision for new offerings and strategic approaches, applying deep competitive and market insight to guide multiple products, portfolios, and initiatives. The individual will act as the product authority to senior executives and outside consultants to enable a high degree of sales, marketing, and customer support, including member and customer experience. The position also involves serving as a subject matter expert and consultant across multiple markets, product types, programs, and LOBs, overseeing implementations of varying complexity, and leading training and change management activities. The candidate should demonstrate proven expertise in the full product cycle, including a deep understanding of product design and the end-to-end experience of bringing new offerings to market.
