About The Position

As a Senior Director, you will partner with Design, Merchandising, Brand, Express Lane, GEL, and Geo teams to deliver executional excellence. The Senior Director leads a diverse team of product managers and collaborates across functions to shape Nike’s most iconic footwear franchises globally. Nike is seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in product lifecycle management and cultural storytelling. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 15+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and empowering high‑impact teams.
  • Proven ability to lead global strategies for iconic brands.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and team development skills.
  • Expertise in marketplace segmentation and consumer journey mapping.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global vision and strategy for Nike’s most iconic footwear franchises, including Air Force 1, Classic Air Max Portfolio, BRS Running, and Retro Basketball.
  • Ensure they remain expressive, relevant, and scalable for future generations.
  • Drive innovation, cultural storytelling, and product excellence across the globe.
  • Own end-to-end strategy and product creation for Nike’s heritage icons.
  • Architect compelling product journeys blending seasonal drops and storytelling.
  • Activate global storytelling through marketplace segmentation and distribution.
  • Partner across functions to ensure executional excellence and cultural relevance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of product managers.
