The Sr Director New Customer Acquisition is responsible for leading and scaling Newrez’s first‑time customer growth engine across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels. This role will lead the strategy, execution and optimization of multichannel acquisition programs with a focus on driving high‑quality demand, efficient conversion, and sustainable ROI. The Sr Director partners closely with Martech, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Technology teams to continuously improve segmentation, targeting, and funnel performance through data‑driven experimentation and performance optimization.
