About The Position

The Senior Director for NCP Reference Kit Sales at NVIDIA is responsible for driving global business growth through the sales of NCP Reference kits, which include NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and other capabilities. This role involves leading sales engagements with NVIDIA Cloud Partners, developing enablement materials, and providing feedback to product teams to enhance offerings. The position requires collaboration with various teams and regular interaction with customers to build relationships and drive demand for NVIDIA's platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a leading University (or equivalent experience).
  • 18+ years of sales experience in technology systems and/or software products, particularly with Cloud Service Providers.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in building complex Reference architectures involving GPUs, servers, networking, and AI software.
  • Proven understanding of AI frameworks and customer adoption journey with AI.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Experience engaging NVIDIA Cloud Partners.
  • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Deep experience in AI software, Networking software, and Platform services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the NVIDIA Cloud Partner business growth with sales of NCP Reference kits and NVIDIA platform.
  • Provide cross-functional Go-To Market (GTM) leadership to grow the NCP business.
  • Build and complete a robust opportunity pipeline and bookings/revenue for NVIDIA's NCP Reference kit and platform solutions.
  • Engage and interact with customers regularly, developing relationships with decision makers through in-person interactions.
  • Define, document, and drive a scale via partners strategy, including GSIs, SDPs, SPs, and OEMs.
  • Partner with geography sales teams and industry business development leaders to drive demand and create opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input and influence product roadmap.
