Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic sales leader to oversee Samsung's MX (Mobile eXperience) cross-line of business operations at major retail partners including Amazon, Costco, Target, Regionals, Distributors, and Warranty Channels. This role involves general management responsibilities for sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing complex relationships, and leading high-performing teams. Position Objective Lead functions across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Retail. Manage and develop business relationships across a portfolio of managed accounts and with Samsung MX HQ in Plano, TX. Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer executives within the portfolio, aligning with Samsung's Executive Team and cross-line of business teams. Develop, sell-in, and execute Annual Strategic Plans with managed customers. Co-develop and lead the promotional roadmap in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive revenue growth Partner closely with channel and brand marketing teams to develop compelling co-marketing programs, promotional offers, and value propositions that drive sell-through Ensure alignment and communication across Product Management Teams and Executive Leadership at Samsung. Establish constant communication between the local Samsung Team and Suwon Teams covering all business aspects. Proactively analyze market dynamics and trends to develop customized and innovative solutions. Represent managed customers in internal discussions regarding product, allocation, and roadmap decisions. Evaluate internal processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement impactful enhancements. Anticipate, report, and resolve critical risks to Samsung leadership promptly. Manage, mentor, and provide strategic direction to a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with Samsung's core values.
