Senior - Director MCS (Limited Tenure)
About The Position
The Sr Director of Operations-MCS is the leader of the functional unit representing operations for MCS. The Sr. Director-Operations-MCS serves as a key leader in MCS, responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and transforming business capabilities through strategic execution, operational excellence, technology integration, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Additionally, this role is a key contributor to organic business growth, as well as inorganic growth strategies, ensuring that these initiatives align with the company’s operational capabilities and contribute to MCS’s long-term goals. The position is based in Rochester, reports to the MCS Chief Operating Officer, serves as a peer to other MCS functional and business unit leaders, and participates as a senior member in MCS executive meetings. The individual directly manages a team of directors who are responsible for a seven hundred-plus FTE workforce located in Rochester and across the United States. The Sr. Director-Operations-MCS is responsible for the planning, budget, FTE, capital and performance metrics for operational support of each MCS business unit. Domestic and international travel required.
