About The Position

As a Senior Director Integrated Supply Chain Project Management here at Honeywell, you will be the visionary leader driving the strategic direction of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive experience in supply chain project management, you will directly oversee complex end-to-end projects, ensuring seamless integration of planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Your role extends to leading a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Transformation Leadership: Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Value Focus: Ability to connect program outcomes to business value and operational KPIs.
  • End-to-End Process Expertise: Strong grasp of key value streams. Experience with process harmonization and performance improvement.
  • Business and Process Acumen: Understands process design, leading practices, and cross-functional integration. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Program Management: Strong skills in planning, governance, and stakeholder management within large, multi-year programs.
  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead through influence, drive adoption and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Executive Influence: Builds alignment across senior leaders, bridging business and IT priorities.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Co-leads the SAP S/4 program with IT
  • Accountable for business outcomes, scope, and delivery.
  • Translates strategic intent into executable transformation and process plans.
  • Oversees global process design and harmonization, upholding program guiding principles.
  • Leads the business-side transformation organization (Process Owners, Functional Leads, Change Network).
  • Drives business readiness and adoption across functions, sites, and regions.
  • Owns the business case and ensures delivery of cost, efficiency, and performance targets.
  • Represents the business in governance forums, enabling timely decision-making and risk management.
