About The Position

As a Senior Director, ISC Project Management for HMX Technology at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CORP Integrated Supply Chain. Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing Excellence , you will lead a dedicated team focused on executing Operational Technology (OT) Security initiatives, implementing the Nexus software, and ensuring alignment with Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to meet site-specific needs and drive software adoption. Additionally, your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration between the analytics teams and the business units, ensuring that operational requirements are effectively translated into actionable analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years' of experience in project management within supply chain, operational technology, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects related to software implementation and OT Security.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of OT Security initiatives to safeguard operational technology across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of Nexus software, ensuring it meets the needs of various sites and drives user adoption.
  • Liaise with SBGs to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the software aligns with operational goals.
  • Act as an analytics consultant, collaborating with business units to translate their needs into requirements to drive add value analytics solutions.
