Senior Director ISC Project Management (GDM)
About The Position
As the Senior Director, ISC Project Management, you will lead the CORP Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Manufacturing Excellence team and serve as the enterprise owner of Global Design Models (GDMs) across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement. Reporting to the VP, Manufacturing Excellence, you will drive the creation, alignment, governance, and deployment of GDMs to ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable impact across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs). In this highly visible leadership role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that GDMs are effectively developed, implemented and positioned as ISC process, tool, and standard best practices, fully aligned with Accelerator, enabling revenue growth, operational agility, productivity, and customer performance. You will oversee the end-to-end GDM lifecycle (P1–P5), lead Kaizen-based deployments at critical sites, and deliver enterprise results across cost, inventory, service, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead the CORP Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Manufacturing Excellence team
- Serve as the enterprise owner of Global Design Models (GDMs) across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement
- Drive the creation, alignment, governance, and deployment of GDMs
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable impact across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs)
- Ensure that GDMs are effectively developed, implemented and positioned as ISC process, tool, and standard best practices, fully aligned with Accelerator
- Enable revenue growth, operational agility, productivity, and customer performance
- Oversee the end-to-end GDM lifecycle (P1–P5)
- Lead Kaizen-based deployments at critical sites
