About The Position
Baylor University seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Senior Director of the Institute for Global Human Flourishing. This position is essential to advancing Baylor's mission by promoting interdisciplinary scholarship, innovation, and transformative impact. The Senior Director will lead the development, operations, and expansion of the Institute, fostering its growth as a global leader in human flourishing initiatives. Additionally, the role will drive the integration of human flourishing across Baylor University by leveraging scalable methodologies and tools developed in the Applied Innovation Laboratory. The successful candidate will cultivate partnerships, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure the Institute's work aligns with Baylor's vision to address global challenges and inspire positive change. This is a hybrid position with frequent trips to campus.
