About The Position

The Infrastructure Senior Director for Epic is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of our Epic EMR environment. This critical role will ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our Epic systems by managing the vendor relationship, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and coordinating all Epic-related infrastructure activities with our external partners. The Senior Director will utilize a strong understanding of Epic's technical architecture, strong vendor management skills, and a proven ability to lead complex IT initiatives in a healthcare setting, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our diagnostic workflows. The Senior Director reports to the Executive Director of Infrastructure Operations, participates in project scope discussions, and provides status updates to the leadership team. This position must be located (hybrid) in either Schaumburg, IL or Secaucus, NJ.

Requirements
