The Senior Director of Implementations at Inovalon is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client deliverables and developing client engagement strategies. This role involves managing operational planning, implementation, and providing support for the deployment of Inovalon's new products and services. The Senior Director will work closely with various departments to ensure successful program delivery and will lead the Implementation Services, Project/Program Management, and Client Engagement teams. The position requires strategic direction, leadership, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive significant increases in market share and revenue.

  • Oversee the execution of a cohesive and comprehensive implementation program plan, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Provide overall strategy, planning, directing, and oversight responsibility of multiple projects, products, services, or functions.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership for all Client beta and pilot implementations of new products and services.
  • Consult with clients and provide expertise to structure effective implementations.
  • Own the business process workflow for new and existing clients, including providing sales support.
  • Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of implementation deliverables and resolution of open issues.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations to finalize program solution details.
  • Define and deploy client implementation strategies that deliver effective consultative support and project management.
  • Drive change and evolve the project implementation model to improve client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and continuous coaching and training to the Implementation Team.
  • Manage escalations, communications, metrics reporting, and SLAs.
  • Develop data-driven analytics and visuals to drive real-time insights for client implementations.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Drive the organization towards metrics and revenue goals, ensuring adherence to processes and policies.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in related field, business development, or healthcare with five years of progressive leadership.
  • Experience in a Professional Services organization and transforming to Professional Services is a plus.
  • Experience with large, strategic account implementation.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful in a fast-paced, team-oriented, sales goals-driven environment.
  • Exceptional over-the-phone presentation skills.
  • Must have a 'Winning' attitude.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and solutions.
  • Ability to influence others and build rapport without formal authority.
  • Highly organized with detailed focused time management, negotiation, and consultation sales skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to execute quickly and with high quality.
  • Master's degree in business or a healthcare-related field preferred.
