Requirements

• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance models.
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, SSO, MFA.
• Strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in regulated industries with audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).

Nice To Haves

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the implementation of an IGA platform (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Design and implement access lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver).
• Establish role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege policies.
• Lead privileged access management (PAM) rollout.
• Integrate IAM processes with HR, ITSM, and security systems (e.g., Workday, Jira, Zscaler).
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor IAM posture and compliance.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing IAM team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Serve as a key stakeholder in Zero Trust, compliance, and audit readiness initiatives.
