We are looking for a strategic Senior Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Global Security Office. You will lead our multi-year IAM strategy, evolve it to address new technologies and complex requirements, and lead technical teams focused on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will be an experienced leader with a technical background, experience driving efficiency through automation and AI, with the ability to inspire and develop teams. You will lead the transformation of Experian's IAM program and will build threat informed defense controls throughout a vast, complex global environment. You will report to the SVP of Enterprise Access and Business Enablement and the position can be remote in the US.
