About The Position

The Senior Director, Human Resources (HR) has direct management responsibility for all of FPI's recruitment, Human Resource Development (HRD), front desk, and employee relations activities. The Senior Director of HR partners with leadership across the entire organization to ensure policies, processes and systems are in place to fulfill FPI's human resources and operational strategies in the most proactive, effective and efficient manner possible. Responsible for leading HR strategies, fostering a high performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements. Aligns human resource initiatives with business objectives while developing and implementing policies that support legal compliance, risk management, and ethical employment practices. Responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by resolving workplace conflicts, ensuring fair treatment, promotion employee engagement, and managing FPI's overall relationship with employees. Directs the employee relations and recruitment functions and activities as well as developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, and courses of action on workforce planning initiatives that focuses, creates and ensures FPI has a high performance work team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Ten+ years' experience in HR Management.
  • Previous experience with multi-site, multi-state, multi-functional organizations.
  • Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.

  • Master's degree preferred.
