About The Position

A key influencer of Regal Rexnord’s short and long-term business success depends on the ability to have the right talent, in the right roles at the right time to drive the enterprise strategy. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this unique role is responsible for providing strategic HR Technology leadership and supporting HR Shared Services delivery model to enable Regal Rexnord to execute its global HR Strategy. This role collaborates with HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, and our external partners / consultants to continually develop the most appropriate Technology solution for key HR processes and leveraging our HR Shared Services team to support our evolving business strategy and position the company to attract & retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Considerable experience and a proven track record of transformation within HR Technology and Shared Services.
  • Combination of strategic and hands-on experience in implementation and development of HR Technology strategy.
  • Experience in leading a HR technology and HR Shared Services team in a global decentralized organization.
  • Deep experience of all components and functionality within Workday, with 10-15 years of experience in HR / HR Technology and HR Shared Services.
  • Experience of leveraging Workday or associated technologies for meaningful data analytics.
  • Experience of implementing and leveraging manager and employee self-service offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing HR technology and HR Shared Services processes globally against the HR and business strategy.
  • Develop an overall HR Technology & Shared Services strategy with supporting roadmaps, budget and change management plans.
  • Act as the key liaison between HR and the IT organization.
  • Evaluate and implement a clear and cohesive technology framework centered on Workday.
  • Facilitate efficient HR processes and service delivery for talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, high potential pipeline, succession planning, goal setting, performance management and associate engagement.
  • Build on current Workday and Shared Service utilization to advance to the next phase of development.
  • Develop Roadmap for the next phase of Workday evolution, ensuring full leverage of existing Workday capabilities.
  • Support COE on key projects outside of Workday to ensure successful implementation and integration.
  • Build internal Workday competencies within the HR IT and COE functions.
  • Develop key reporting and dashboards for informed decision making.
  • Consider implications of AI on HR processes and service delivery.
  • Define key services and supporting performance metrics for HR Shared Services.
